If I were a boy again, I would school myself into a habit of attention; I would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. I would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. The habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. I often hear grown-up people say “I could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although I wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.
If I were to live my life over again, I would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. I would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. It takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. It only needs early cultivation to become a power.
If I were a boy again, I would look on the cheerful side. Life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, I smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.
Inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”
Finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, I would, if I were a boy again, I would still try harder to make others happy.

If we would ever accomplish anything in life, let us not forget that we must persevere. If we would learn our lessons in school, we must be diligent and not give up whenever we come to anything difficult. We shall find many of our lessons very hard, but let us consider that the harder they are the better they will do to us if we will persevere and learn them thoroughly.
But there are some among us who are ready to give up when they come to a hard example in mathematics, and say, "I can”t do this." They never will if they feel so. "I can”t" never does anything worthwhile; but "I”ll try" accomplishes wonders.
Let us remember that we shall meet with difficulties all through life. They are in the pathway of everyone. If we will only try and keep trying, we shall be sure to conquer and overcome every difficulty we meet with. If we have a hard lesson today, let us strive to learn it well and then we shall be prepared for a harder one tomorrow. And if we learn to master hard lessons in school, it will prepare us to overcome the hard things that we shall meet in life, when our school days are over.

Sometimes, marks more than ten or less than one or two in our exams comparing with others mean not everything. The success or failure in exams will be influenced by experience on the spot and the examinees health etc. Once in a while one cannot fail in exams. Success or failure is common sense for military. I think everyone is familiar with the famous saying. Don’t you think such will be the case with our study In exams, one cannot be never-defeated general . Even though one will be very good in everyday study, he cannot succeed in every exam sometimes. We can get proof from the fact that the very best one we call Number One Scholar in the entrance exams for college and ordinary middle school and specialized secondary school over the years is not eminent above all others nor top student in every study. As a matter of fact, high marks and ability are not unified. Some time ago, a new phrase high marks but poor competence came into being. Once I happened to meet such a teacher as this .It is said that the teacher just graduated from a far-famed key university. But his teaching result is much less than that of the one who just graduated from a not-well-renowned college. When lecturing, the teacher only repeated what the text-books says, which was very dull so the his students interest in learning was not aroused. His teaching was short of unity of teaching and learning. At present there is a fact that we know a few brilliant and top college graduates are not qualified for their posts. The reason for it may be lack of the ability to combine knowledge learnt from books with pragmatics in their work. Students of this kind will be successful in every exam but they will be able to use freely their knowledge in their posts. Dont you think it waste training such persons for the country
To sum up from the above, I can say marks are not absolutely authoritative for some. If we neglect training and developing the students ability and competence and if we only seek for the high marks, we will be absolutely wrong. We should take an objective attitude towards the marks. Neither should we neglect them nor should we overvalue them like a
God.

i’m very glad to be here and give you my speech. i hope we all can enjoy the time. now, today my topic is: “a small truth to make life 100%”.
as a young english teacher, i have to face different kinds of students and deal with trivial things every day. life goes on, but sometimes it’s becoming frustrating and i feel very tired. how to make my life become better? i’m always seeking for the answer. fortunately, when i read a magazine one day, i found the truth to make my life 100%. today i would like to share it with you.
now, my dear friends, let’s do an interesting test together and then you will find the secret by yourself! as we all know, there are 26 alphabets in english, a to z. against them we have the numbers 1% to 26%. if a is equal to 1%, and b to 2%, and so on, until z is equal to 26%, then can you guess what can make our life 100%? that is to say, what can make our life perfect?
some of you may suggest “money”. however, after calculating, you’ll find it only comes to 72%. now try a few more. knowledge? yes, knowledge is power! but this time it only comes to 96%. how about love? that only shows at 54%. luck does even worse, only at 47%. though most of us think this is the most important.
then what makes 100%? hard work? closer, 98%. but not exact. now, what on earth can make life 100%? well, every problem has a solution, only if we perhaps change our attitude. yes! only attitude comes out at 100%.
many of the gifts we have been given have been distributed unfairly. we all wish we had the ability of the talented, the money of the rich, and the luck of the beautiful. but none of these matter. there is only one thing we all have equally and can always control even in the worst situations. and that is our attitude.

Thanks for your coming, I fell so happy , I have this chance to stand there to share my ideas about my hometown with you all.
A culture creats a city, the water and soil bring up the people. At the foot of Erlang mountain, in the middle of Sichuan province, lies a small town named Tian Quan. I am proud to say: it is my hometown.
Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forget the place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place where surrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honest people who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every street there.
Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird’s eye view of the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including the mordern colour and old smell.
Looking at the lovly provious animals , such as panda, Takin, Golden monkey. You will thinks the nature has special power to make life so wonderful.
My hometown has a long history of culture. There is the tea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit . Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can’t help sign in regret how long our culture is!
Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmers work on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you have a chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy the tea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!
I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kinds of music is fit for her, I want to write a poem for her, but I don’t know what words can describe her.

在读小学的时候，我们都学过一首歌，歌名叫《每当我走过老师的窗前》，歌中这样唱到：静静的深夜，群星在闪耀，老师的房间彻夜明亮，每当我走过您的窗前，明亮的灯光照耀我心房；从那时起，我的心里就萌发了一颗种子，一颗对“教师”这一职业期望的种子……
中学的时候，我们同样也学习过韩愈的《师说》，他这样为教师定义：“师者，传道授业解惑也；”通过学习，我明白了，教师不仅仅是教知识技能，更要教学生做人的道理。教师的一言一行都对学生有着潜移默化的作用。教师的形象影响着学校的校风，而教师的素质直接关系着学生的培养。
2011年9月10日，我的第一个教师节，收到了一位朋友的短信：“一支粉笔，两袖清风，三尺讲台，四季晴雨。祝你节日快乐！”我很感动，同时为教师这一称呼感到无比荣耀。
我所在的学校地处章丘市的一个乡镇，接收的都是农民的子女。我们的校舍不华丽，我们的跑道还是碳渣路，但是这里的老师们都在做同样的一件事——静心教书，潜心育人。而各位老师这样的工作态度也在深深的影响着我、教育着我。用他们的实际行动在告诉我，如何做一名优秀的人民教师。
子曰：“德之不修，学之不讲，闻义不能徙，不善不能改，是吾忧也！”古人尚修德，作为教书育人的教师，更应把师德放在首位。
在今天，当我们面对全面建设小康社会的新形势、新任务；面对课程改革的新标准、新要求；面对人们在名利金钱面前的浮躁，面对人生观价值观的冲击。身为老师的我们又该如何去面对，去履行我们的职责呢？我想“静心教书，潜心育人”是最基本的行为准则。
在我的身边，有这样一支教师队伍，他们除了教书育人，还利用业余时间共同学习，苦钻业务，勇于创新，在教书育人的这条道路上，披荆斩棘，昂首阔步。
在我的身边，有这样一些老师，他们学识渊博，教学严谨，精心准备每一堂课，写好每一页教案，在三尺讲台上默默耕耘，撒播知识和道德的种子；他们是平凡的，普通的，没有惊人的事迹，没有辉煌的成就，就像一块黑板，曾经写满了神奇和真理，最后擦去的是功利。
我国著名的教育家陶行知先生曾说过：“捧出一颗心来，不带半根草去。”这就是对教师教学生涯的最好写照。教师的职业注定平凡，淡泊名利，讲究职业良心，才能在平凡中创造出不平凡的业绩，如果把平凡而神圣的教师岗位看作个人谋生的手段，就永远不会成功与快乐。在教师岗位上，没有悠闲自在的舒适和安逸，只有默默无闻的奉献。爱岗敬业是对教师职业的尊重，也是对自己的负责。
要培养学生的完善人格，教师必须先完善自己。那些把关心留给社会，把热心留给学校，把忠心留给教育，把爱心留给学生，把真心留给同事，把耐心留给自己，用心去工作，用爱去育人的教师正闪烁着人格的巨大魅力。作为身负重任的社会一员，教师更应该积极地自我教育，在人格自我完善的道路上不断前进。都说教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业，教师肩负的使命崇高，并且责任重大。虽然我们每天做的事情平平凡凡，然而这些事情却连着千家万户的切身利益，更连着祖国的前途，民族的未来。
教师，是一个神圣的称呼；师德，不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，是一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位的体现；师德，需要培养，需要教育，更需要的是每位教师的自我修养！让我们把心沉下心来，静心教书，潜心育人，共同撑起教育的蓝天，共同托起明天的太阳！
最后，用一首诗来结束我今天的演讲：

对于职业化，我将从以下3个方面来阐述我对职业化的理解。
1.什么是职业化？
2.为什么需要职业化？
3.对于职业化我们要怎么做？
第一：什么是职业化？
职业化的定义：职业化是指工作状态的标准化、规范化和制度化，我认为通俗地讲，一个训练有素的职业人就是在合适的时间、合适的地点，用合适的方式，说合适的话，做合适的事。这句话很形象地概括了的职业化的内涵。关键是“合适”这个词用得很好，为什么这么说，我打个比方，你见过长期在工地上干活的人穿得西装革履吗？你见过穿着西装去修空调的吗？
这明显就是不合适，因为他没有用合适的方式去做合适的事情，我们大家都知道，在工地，一定是要头戴安全帽，脚穿劳保鞋，衣服着装要适度宽松等等。这些标准，其实就是属于职业化的范畴啦。
举一个我身边的例子，我刚下项目那会，跟着一个工长下现场去学习，有一天晚上，由于临时有事，他穿着拖鞋就下现场了，当时木工正在钉模板。由于是晚上，光线不太好，他一脚就踩中一个钉子，由于连贯的收脚反应，结果另一只脚刚踏出一步就又中招了。这个例子说明我们在工地穿着规范化的确很重要，这关乎我们的安全。
第二：为什么需要职业化。
下面我将从我们公司如今面临的一些背景来浅析下为什么需要职业化？
背景：目前我们公司正处于由“单一工程建造商”转型为“具备设计施工能力的国际工程承包商”和“具备产业化特征的建筑综合服务商”的关键时期。
我们的期望：业务结构更好、市场布局更优、管理更科学。
打造职业化团队不仅是促进企业从优秀走向卓越的有力保障，更将为企业转型升级提供不竭动力。我们公司，现在面临着机遇，同时也是一种挑战。因此，我们推出了“两商”战略。
我们的模式是采用施工总承包的商业模式承揽工程项目，但是，随着经济形势的变化，施工总承包商业模式的经营之路越走越狭窄了，那么我们再看看国际上建筑公司的模式是什么样的呢？
目前国际上比较常用的有EPC（设计-采购-施工/交钥匙工程）模式、BT模式（建造-移交）、BOT模式（建造-经营-移交）等。
这些都是我们国际工程领域中值得借鉴的新型商业模式。
国际上的模式给我们的启示：未来国内建筑市场的需求必定是多元化的，所以施工企业的能力也应当是多元的，而要做到这一点，就必然未雨绸缪，所谓未雨绸缪其实就是在战略上有所安排，包括对人才的引进和培育均需要从战略上充分考虑。
大家想想，我通俗点来说就是，两家单位，一家只会单纯的建房子，而另一家说，我不仅会建房子，我还会设计房子。很明显第二家的竞争力就强很多了。第二家具备的能力这就是所谓的EPC 模式。当我们具备这种能力的时候，我们就能走向世界，我们的路才会越走越宽。
第三对于职业化我们要怎么做？
有这样一个故事：
一天，一位记者到建筑工地采访，分别问了三个建筑工人一个相同的问题：“你们在干什么？”第一个建筑工人头也不抬地回答：“我正在砌一堵墙。”第二个建筑工人回答：“我正在盖房子。”记者又问第三个工人，这次他得到的回答是：“我在为人们建造漂亮的家园。”记者觉得三个建筑工人的回答很有趣，就将其写进了自己的报道。
若干年后，记者在整理过去的采访记录时，突然看到了这三个回答，三个不同的回答让他产生了强烈的欲望，想去看看这三个工人现在的生活怎么样。
等他找到这三个工人的时候，结果令他大吃一惊：当年的第一个建筑工人现在还是一个建筑工人，仍然像从前一样砌着他的墙；当年的第二个工人现在竟然做了一名设计师；至于第三个工人，他现在成了一家房地产公司的老板，前两个工人正在为他工作。
本来在同一岗位的三位工人，结果竟然会有如此巨大的差距，这个故事我们可以得到什么启示呢？
第一种很悲哀，为了生存而干活，生活仅为了生存而奔波，也少了进取的乐趣！
第二种人有梦想，人生因梦想而伟大，可惜缺少远见！
第三种人有着远大的梦想，心怀梦想的人终有一天能变为现实，哥伦比亚梦想着另一个世界而发现新大陆。
我们由这个小故事得出一个结论，那就是你对职业的态度将决定你以后在职场的高度。那么我们要完善自我，需要具备什么素质呢？
我们至少要具备以下一些职业化素养。
1.古人说“业精于勤，而荒于嬉”。职业化精神要求每一个员工都必须具备忠于职守、爱岗敬业的敬业精神。
2.要养成严谨务实的工作习惯。有人说过：“世界上最可怕的力量是习惯，世界上最神奇的力量也是习惯”。
3.树立终生学习的观念。活到老，学到老，与时俱进。确立自身的职业目标，制定好自己的职业发展计划，动态调整和完善自己的职业方向，做好理性选择，力争在企业中实现个人更高的人生价值。

我们的护理工作没有轰轰烈烈的辉煌，却写满了简单而又平凡的爱，打针、发药、铺床、输液，我们在苦中呵护着生命；交班、接班、白天、黑夜，我们在累中把握着生命的轮回；在病患家属的期待和埋怨声中，我们守候着一个一个身患疾病的病人，直到我们的脚上长满了老茧。我们从来没有双休日的概念，有的只是冬冷夏热的三班倒。但在苦中去感受呵护生命的快乐，在累中更能体会到自身价值的意义。我院一名普通的儿科护士，因为头皮针技术好，常常牺牲业余时间为那些重患和高难度的头皮针患者服务。不管是半夜还是节假，在需要的任何时间，都有她瘦小的身影。记得一次在深夜抢救三度营养不良的患儿，患儿因为休克症状血管不充盈，住院时间过长注射血管基本都被破坏，很难找到可以进针的血管。可是，不能进食的孩子无法输液就无法维持，陈护士蹲在病床边整整半个多小时的耐心寻找、进针，直到救命的液体流进孩子幼小的身体。
医者仁心，也是我们护理人员的表现。奉上爱心一片，献出真情满怀，为贫困患者募捐、救助孤残患者。记得有一次一位乡镇弱智重患女孩，或许因为家庭贫困等原因，接到内科之后送她的亲友就失踪了。弱智的15岁女孩子甚至不知道饥饱，生活完全无法自理。是内科的护士姐妹们你一餐我一餐地床头给她喂食，护理她的生活起居，直到病情好转被送回家中。丰碑无语，行胜于言。患者在你心中有多重，你在人民的心中就有多重！一封封的感谢信，一句句热辣辣的感激话语，见证了我们护士姐妹们用爱呵护生命的直录。
“三分治疗，七分护理”，坚持的动力来自患者的认可，大小夜班，没有规律的作息时间，疲惫而琐碎。却没有消磨我们护理工作者的信念。做治疗时神情永远是那么专注，动作是那么轻柔，燕尾帽下闪着天使般慈爱的目光。微笑和淡定，像春日里和煦的风，吹散了患者心中疾病的阴霾；像夏日里的晨曦，唤醒了患者战胜病魔的信心；像秋日里的明月，照亮了患者通向健康的彼岸；像冬日里的暖阳，温暖了患者那颗孤独的心。青春在病床边悄悄逝去，理想在现实中熠熠闪光。把微笑写在脸上把辛酸埋在心底。记不起从什么时候开始，学会了容忍、学会了保护，学会了处事不惊，学会了……。送人玫瑰，手有余香，我们的护士姐妹们是在用爱心和职责呵护无数个生命的历程！诗人泰戈尔曾经说过：“天空中没有翅膀的痕迹，但我已飞过！”我们戴的燕尾帽虽然没有皇冠的高贵典雅，却闪耀她圣洁的风采。一声问候、一份体贴、一个微笑、一腔热情化作春风细雨滋润患者久旱的心田，把欢乐、幸福和健康带给千千万万个家庭。
岁月轮回，光阴荏苒，回首从护的日夜兼程，品读着生命的春华秋实，曾经年少时的美丽憧憬历历在目，相信每一位护士都曾感慨当个“天使”太不容易，白衣天使的翅膀太沉重了，左边背着爱心和真诚，右边驮者微笑和奉献，用辛勤的汗水一笔笔描绘青春的足迹。但这种执着将会使我们终身受益，选择当护士，我们还是无怨无悔！当有人问我的职业时，我还是会自豪的说：“我是一名护士”。
如今我自豪:

大家好！我是来自信用社机关财务部的，今天为大家演讲的题目是《知“合规”之实，行“合规”之道》。
众所周知，“不以规矩，不能成方圆”。然而，何为规？何为矩？却鲜为人知！引经据典，规，就是圆规！矩，就是曲尺！也就是说，没有圆规、没有曲尺，任你是何等的能工巧匠，任你是何等的技艺精湛，要制作出圆形或者是方形的物品的，那都是万万不可能的！
难道千古名言就这么简单吗？非也！我们的母语——汉语，之所以伟大，就在于它绝不只是简简单单地止于字面原意，而是伟大在字里行间蕴含的深刻哲理。“没有规矩，不成方圆”这一来自木匠行业的古老术语，早已成为“干任何事情，若无一定规则便会出错”的告诫用语了。
的确！大到一个国家、一个政党、一个地区，小至一个行业、一个单位、一个项目，都有自己的法则！都有自己的规范！都有自己的标准！正所谓党有党纪、国有国法、家有家规，我们信合联社同样如此。“合规”就是我们的圆规！“合规”就是我们的曲尺！
在座的每一位领导、每一位同仁都深知，我们信用社是一个特殊的金融企业，其主要的服务阵地在基层，尤其是在农村一线。我们除了同样面临的信用风险、深谙的市场风险、熟知的操作风险外，更承载着以往自身的违规操作而导致的沉重历史包袱，遭遇着农业银行重返“三农”、村镇银行相继开立、邮政银行日趋完善的金融市场竞争压力，面临着比其它银行机构更高、更为特殊的合规风险考验，这些“拦路之虎”让我们不得不放慢前行的铿锵脚步，不得不探求笼中脱困的锦囊妙计。
常言说得好，只要思想不滑坡，办法总比困难多。只要我们找到了克敌制胜的法宝，我们信用联社就一定会站稳脚跟、有所作为！只要我们掌握了加快发展的引擎，我们信用联社就一定会突飞猛进、铸就辉煌！而“合规”经营，就是这克敌制胜的法宝；“合规”经营，就是这加快发展的引擎。它就像茫茫黑夜之中的一盏明灯、一把烈火，指引着我们前进的方向，照亮着我们前行的道路，驱赶着我们前途的黑暗！
兴许有人要问，“合规”真有你说的这么重要吗？这是当然！这不仅仅是因为它被巴塞尔委员会冠之以“银行内部的一项核心风险管理活动”的要义，更为重要的是因为合规风险的地位早已远远凌驾于传统的信用风险、市场风险和操作风险之上！这一点，在我们的工作实务中有诸多的印证：四川南充嘉陵区农村信用社间曾连发7起“内部经济案件”，诸如任华贵携信用社资金潜逃案，杜桂林参与金融凭证诈骗案，毛正兴、梁云益、刘伟违规放款侵占信贷资金案，文显臻、任春荣合伙盗窃信用社奖金案，他们有的已锒铛入狱、失去自由，有的已丢掉饭碗、失业职业，更为可悲的是有临近退休的老职工晚节不保、老泪纵横地走上服刑之路，他们从事金融经营管理几十年，把自己一个堂堂的金融高管经营成一个不堪回首的阶下之囚。当然，这些案件金额巨大、损失严重、影响深远，可能仅是冰山一角，可能在有的地方还会继续。但是，这些过高的违规成本、这些难以承受之重，难道还不足以彰显“合规”风险管理的重要性吗？难道这些还不足以唤醒我们每一个信合人的“合规”风险意识吗？
兴许有人还要问，“合规”不就是符合规定、符合银行制定的规章制度吗？这对，但也不全对！这仅仅是知其然，而不知其所以然。5年前，银监会颁布的《商业银行合规风险管理指引》，就对出自于国际巴塞尔银监会的“合规”这一“泊来品”，给出了“银行的经营活动与法律、规则和准则相一致”的注解。由于“合规”风险管理起步较晚，当前我们信用联社“合规”经营的基础还比较薄弱、体系还不完善，但这绝不能成为我们违法乱纪的借口，绝不能成为我们违规违章的缺口。我们要清醒的认识到，那些囊括了外部的法律法规、监管规章、市场规则的“合规”内容，就是我们每一个信合人服务发展、加快发展的“尚方宝剑”；那些涵盖了自律规定、内部制度、诚实守信的“合规”范畴，就是我们信用联社科学发展、又好又快发展的“生命之神”！

4、我们的职业是被人尊称的“白衣天使”，也许只有同行们才清楚这天使背后的苦和累。工作对我们的要求是苛刻的。白大褂一穿，什么情绪和烦恼都得抛得远远的。在医院消毒水的气味中，我们走过了清纯的少女时代；从血淋淋的伤口边我们走过了炙热的.青春年华；在白色的氛围中送走了无数个宁静的夜晚；在爱人的期待和孩子的埋怨中把自己奉献给了一个个伤痛病人。众所周知我们的工作辛苦，没有固顶的节假日；没有固顶休息时间。工作琐碎，责任重大。有的护士还需要跟麻风患者、精神病患者、传染病患者打交道。我们默默无闻的付出了很多。然而我们却经常遇到委屈和误解。但我们无怨无悔。因为我们深知服务对象是一个个需要人帮助和同情、在病痛中苦苦挣扎的病人。
5、“医生的嘴护士的腿”，不说别的，就是一个晚上，上急诊班的夜班护士全部走下来的就有四五十里路。腿都跑肿了。也许您不相信，但是请您看看护士姐妹们小腿上那盘曲的静脉曲张，您就明白了。在急诊科曾有一件这样真实的事情：下午快下班了，几声长笛送来了十几名乘坐小公共汽车出车祸的外伤病人。白班的护士都主动地留了下来，有条不紊地进行着抢救。直到晚上十点才回家。当饿着肚子拖着疲惫身体的小王问：“护士长，我们忙乎了一大顿却遭来一顿臭骂，那个醉汉还差点打着您！”护士长却大度地说：“那对小夫妻新婚燕儿，丈夫看到心爱的妻子伤得那么重，心里太焦急，加上又喝了酒。咱们就不要和他计较了。”象五一这样的长假，大家都留恋在如画的山水和浓浓的亲情中时，我们的急诊科却经常发生着这样的事情。
6、记得有一件事情我终生都难忘。当时，我为一名气管切开的患者做处置时。他气管套管里不时喷出的血溅了我一身一脸，空气中弥漫着臭味和血腥味。我真有点支撑不住的感觉，可是我忽然间看到，不能开口说话的病人做了一个动作，一个我终生都难忘的动作——病人费力地合拢手指做成作揖状，眼睛紧盯着我，满是无声的感激。那一刻，我被病人感动了，被我的工作感动了，感到这点委屈真的不算什么！

然而这积累是需要长时间去完成，为了今后进入社会时我们不再茫然失措，为了今后面对机会的悄然来临时我们不会说i’m sorry ，我还没准备好，为了在今后我们能不畏艰难、长风破浪，我们需要从现在开始，奠定基础，不论是学习还是工作，我们每天都要告诉自己，我们的今天需要比明天更好，
为了让我们每一天都有进步，
首先，我们需要敢于去进步，敢于迈出那通向成功的第一步，这就好像我喜欢一个女孩子，如果我一直就这样远远望着她最终看着她被别的男孩子牵走，那我一辈子都会遗憾，遗憾当初没下手，但如果我敢于向她表明我的心意，那么我也就在走向成功了路上了，但往往一次的追求是很难成功的，如果我放弃了，那么随着时间的流逝人家也会把我淡忘，但是如果我再去追第二次，第三次，总有一次会成功，即使最终也都不成功，那这女孩子也会一辈子记住我，当她回忆这一生时，或许她会忘记其他帅哥，但她永远也不会忘记在那个美丽的大学里有那么一个傻小子执着得追求了她不下于10次，在她今后对自己的婚姻不满时，也会想起我，悔恨当初没选我。
所以不仅要敢于去做，更要坚持去做，
值得尊重的固然是位于高山之上的人，但更值得尊重是不停向上攀登的人，攀登的过程充满艰辛，会一次次的跌倒，会被暂时的迷雾遮挡住视线，但我们不能因为跌倒了就不再起来，将自己定位在跌倒的高度，看着别人超越自己，看着别人一步步迈向成功，要想追求更美的风景，要想将看到的地平线不断往外推广最后走向远方，就需要不停的攀登，不去贪恋于眼前短暂绚丽的烟火，而是去追求远方永恒璀璨的星辰。或许最终我们无法达到山顶，或许最终我们无法摘到星辰，但是我们因为自己的顽强攀登而看到了更远的风景，我们因为自己的顽强攀登而无怨无悔，这已经就是成功，去追逐的过程就是收获的过程，收获了就是成功，至于结果如何，那是上天的惊喜与恩赐。若真要求一个结果，那每个人的结果都是一样，就是死亡。
